Sermon: Fill My House

Does your life feel like a “transaction” with God, or a transformation by His presence? In this powerful message, we explore Jesus’ parable of the Great Banquet in Luke 14 and what it truly means to “Fill God’s House.” God is a Host who loves a full table. But often, it isn’t “bad” things that keep us from Him—it’s the “good” things like our careers, hobbies, and family obligations that take the wrong priority. This year, we are called to fill His house with three things: People, Prayer, and Praise. When we do our part to fill the house, God does His part by filling it with His presence, glory, and light. Here’s what we learn. 1. Fill His House with People: How to overcome “good” excuses and share the Gospel with joyful urgency. 2. Fill His House with Prayer: How to clear the “noise” of a busy life to create a sanctuary for God’s Spirit. 3. Fill His House with Praise: The secret to inviting the glory of God into our midst (2 Chronicles 5).
